This policy explains how Winner Software Ltd ("RondoPlay", "we"), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, handles personal data. We are the data controller for the Service.
RondoPlay is built to collect as little as possible. We have no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
1. Data stored on your device
Your game progress, settings, cash and coin balance are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is not sent to us. We do not use cookies. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for rondoplay.com.
2. Data our host processes
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so no other third party receives your visit.
3. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and keep it no longer than needed to handle your request.
4. Purchases (when available)
Coin purchases will be handled by a third-party payment provider. It collects the details needed to process your payment, such as your name, email address, country and payment method, under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to deliver your coins and provide support, such as an order ID, email address, country, the pack purchased and the amount paid. We never see your full card details.
5. Legal bases
Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process data to provide the Service you ask for (contract), to keep the Service secure (legitimate interests) and to meet legal obligations such as tax records for purchases.
6. Children
The Service is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its use. Email support@rondoplay.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Embedded games
RondoPlay games may appear inside other websites. In that case the game itself still runs from rondoplay.com and this policy applies to it. The host website has its own privacy policy.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, for example when user accounts or payments are introduced.
