Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rondoplay.com, the games on it and any RondoPlay game embedded on another website (together, the "Service"). By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Using the Service

  • The games are free to play. No account is needed.
  • Your progress, cash and coin balance are stored in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing or switching device or browser may remove them. Games embedded on other websites may keep a separate balance because of browser privacy rules.
  • If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian, who must make any purchase on your behalf.

3. Virtual coins and other in-game items

  • "Coins" are a virtual currency for use only inside RondoPlay games. "Cash" is an in-game reward earned by playing. Skins, boosts, hints and similar items are virtual items.
  • Coins and all virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services outside the Service, cannot be sold, traded or transferred to any other person or account, and are not redeemable or refundable for cash except where the law requires it or our Refund Policy says otherwise.
  • When you obtain coins or virtual items, whether free or paid, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them within the Service. You do not own them.
  • We may change prices, what coins can be used for, or how much an item costs, and may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug, error, fraud or misuse.
  • No coin pack or item gives a random or chance-based reward. You always see what you will receive before you spend.

4. Purchases

  • Coin packs, when available, are sold through a third-party payment provider that may act as the seller of record. Its terms and privacy notice also apply to your payment.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
  • Coins are digital content delivered immediately after payment. See the Refund Policy for your rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: cheat, use bots or modify game data or balances; copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, re-host or redistribute the games or their code; embed the games on other websites without our written permission; interfere with the Service or its security; or use the Service for anything unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The games, graphics, sounds, code and text of the Service are owned by RondoPlay or its licensors and are protected by law. All games are original works. Club, kit and player names in the games are fictional. RondoPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any football club, league, federation or player.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove games or features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. If we permanently close the Service, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or limit access for anyone who breaks these Terms. Coins or items obtained through cheating, fraud or chargebacks may be removed.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that saved progress will never be lost.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will make it clear on the site. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
